Shipping Do you ship within the Netherlands?All orders ship free within the Netherlands, no minimum order required. Can I order from outside the Netherlands?Yes, shipping costs for orders outside the Netherlands depend on thedestination country and are shown at checkout. When can I expect my order?Orders are processed within 1 business day (orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day). Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 1 to 4 business days via DHL or PostNL, selected based on availability and location. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link once your order ships.
What if delivery fails?If delivery fails, the carrier will attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a pickup point. If a parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Please make sure your delivery address is correct before ordering, as we are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched.
