All orders ship free within the Netherlands. No minimum order required.

SHIPPING COST

Shipping is free on all orders. There is no minimum order amount.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1 business day of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


DELIVERY TIME

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 1 to 4 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur due to high parcel volumes or circumstances outside our control.


CARRIERS

We ship via DHL or PostNL. The carrier is selected at our discretion based on availability and your location.


TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email. You can use this to follow your shipment through the carrier's website.


FAILED DELIVERIES

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a notification and typically make a second attempt or hold the parcel at a nearby pick-up point. Please check your tracking link for further instructions. If a parcel is not collected in time and is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.


INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, redelivery costs may apply.
