Shipping Do you ship within the Netherlands?All orders ship free within the Netherlands, no minimum order required. Can I order from outside the Netherlands?We currently ship to the Netherlands and Belgium. Shipping is free within the Netherlands. For Belgium, a flat shipping fee of €3.00 applies. There is no minimum order amount. When can I expect my order?Orders are processed within 1 business day (orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day). Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 1 to 4 business days via DHL or PostNL, selected based on availability and location. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link once your order ships.
What if delivery fails?If delivery fails, the carrier will attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a pickup point. If a parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Please make sure your delivery address is correct before ordering, as we are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched.
ReturnsYou have 30 days from the date your order was shipped to request a return. Every order includes a prepaid return label and a return form inside the package. A return shipping fee of €3.00 applies and is deducted from your refund.
