Orders are processed within 1 business day, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed. Contact us as soon as possible at info@vanverla.com and we will do our best to help.

Shipping is free on all orders in NL. There is no minimum order amount.

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 1 to 4 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

We ship via DHL or PostNL. The carrier is selected based on availability and your location.

We currently ship within the Netherlands only.

Returns and Refunds

You have 30 days from the date your order was shipped to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Email return@vanverla.com with your order number, postcode, the product name, product code, size, quantity, and your preferred carrier (DHL or PostNL). We will send you a prepaid return label by email.

Yes, a flat fee of 3.00 applies per return. This is deducted from your refund automatically — you do not pay anything upfront.

We process refunds within 5 business days of receiving your return. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 1 to 3 weeks for the funds to appear in your account.

We do not offer direct exchanges. You are welcome to place a new order and return your original item separately.
