RETURN POLICY

We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, we make returns simple.

RETURN WINDOW

You have 30 days from the date your order was shipped to request a return. To be eligible, your return request email must be received within this 30-day window.

ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS

To qualify for a return, items must be:

- Unworn and unwashed

- In their original condition with all tags attached

- Free from damage, stains, odours, or signs of use

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Send an email to return@vanverla.com and include the following information:

- Your order number

- Your postcode

- The product name, product code, size, and quantity you wish to return

- Your preferred carrier: DHL or PostNL

Once we receive your request, we will send you a prepaid return label by email. Please use this label to drop off your parcel at the selected carrier's nearest drop-off point.

RETURN SHIPPING FEE

A flat return shipping fee of 3.00 Euro applies per return. This fee is automatically deducted from your refund, so you do not need to pay anything upfront.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the 3.00 Euro return shipping fee.

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 1 to 3 weeks for the funds to appear in your account. This processing time is outside our control.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, you are welcome to place a new order and return your original item separately.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at return@vanverla.com within 30 days of delivery. In such cases, the return shipping fee will be waived and we will resolve the issue at no cost to you.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

- Items returned outside the 30-day window

- Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage

- Items returned without original tags

- Sale or final-clearance items (if applicable)

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive. If you purchased online, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, in accordance with applicable EU law.
